We Are MDM Property Services
MDM property services is a full service landscape construction, grounds keeping and snow and ice management firm. Since our establishment in 2005 we have had the pleasure of servicing great customers on both the residential and commercial platforms. Our residential customers vary from subdivision homes to executive estates. We pride ourselves in our flexibility of delivering the needs to all customers. Our commercial services range from small business owners, farm owners, large corporations and corporate tenders. We service some landmark businesses throughout York region including churches, factories, retail plazas and corporate buildings.
Our experienced staff have a combined 60+years of experience in landscape and snow/ice management. We are WSIB cleared and carry $ 5 million liability insurance to cover your risk.
Our large equipment fleet is serviced regularly to ensure it's available no matter what is thrown at us. Various size of equipment allows us to handle all of our customer’s needs.
Our suppliers and sub trades are local and well equipped to handle our materials and provide our customers with dependable service.

Mark Mitchell
OWNER Born and raised in Newmarket. Resides in Zephyr with wife Holly and 3 kids Eason, Elsie, Mabel. Involved with local hockey as a coach and mentor. College diploma from Seneca College for Golf Course Technician where trained in Turf, Soils and construction. Spent 5 years including my internship at Magna Golf Course working with an elite team of technicians.
